Founded in 2011, ACT is a team of former regulator’s and compliance managers with over 5,000 years combined experience in various businesses, industries and municipalities. ACT is a full service company for all things Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA), Ergonomics (Physical Therapy), Environmental (EPA), Engineering, Transportation (DOT) and Security (DHS – Homeland Security and SWAT).

Our Team Members have extensive training, education and experience in their chosen discipline. Many have set on boards / commissions at the State, Federal and International level as an expert in their field providing direction and input on rules and policies. We are very passionate – team builders.
